Hi Lewisg,

As per the description above, you want to use the Adobe PDFPack services, and want to get the shortcut of PDF pack on the desktop, Is that correct?

The PDF pack is an online document cloud service, and we cannot create a shortcut for this on Desktop.

You also have an active subscription of Acrobat Pro DC, and you can use the services of PDFpack with it.

To download Acrobat Pro DC: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X

Once the Acrobat Pro DC is installed, you will get the shortcut on the Desktop.

The record shows that the payment for the Adobe PDFPack subscription How to Use Adobe PDF Pack  is not updated, and there is a Billing issue. You can check the details on Adobe.com under your account. Login on Adobe.com>Manage account>Plans and Products>ManagePlan

You may also refer to Renew or restart your Creative Cloud membership

Or can contact the Adobe support team: Contact Customer Care
