Was charged for a subscription I had asked to stop

Yes I have I am so tired of this ,,, I had ordered this in 2010,,, and sent

them a cancellation notice in 2012,, now it just pops up in my checking

account that they took the money out again,,,,, Thanks for your help,, I am

just going to get a new charge card. For some reason also,, I go into my

profile to take my info off and it won't do it,,, confusing ,, but there is

an answer somewhere !
