Was emailed that Adobe-Send subscription expired due to incorreect creditcard into. I looks, card info is is correct. renewal not charged to my card.

Was emailed that Adobe-send subscription has expired. On auto renewal. Card information is all correct.

Please Contact Customer Care. I can see that the charges didn't process, but cannot tell why. A Cutomer Care agent should be able to help you with that.

This did not help. I need a live person but your web site does not offer that option. I was looking to renew but can't find a way.
