Weird PDF Attribute renders unsearchable file name

When I create PDF files, I am unable to search for the file name.  I can see the file, search within the file, etc., but I can't search for the file name.  I discovered that the file has the Attribute "AT" instead of "A" which is what makes the file name unsearchable.  Why do my PDF files have Attribute AT and not just A?  And how can I fix it?
