Looking into your account information it seems that you have subscribed for the Adobe PDF Pack. As PDF Pack is a part of "Document Cloud services" which is only supported online on forums. That might have been the reason that you couldn't reach to support.
To start using your subscription, you may follow the steps suggested below and if it still doesn't work, then you may contact to our support team.
I assume that you have been using the PDF Pack subscription through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat DC? If you have ever used the trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC, then you need to uninstall it first to use the Export PDF service. As it works with the free application Adobe Reader DC only not the Acrobat DC.
We have checked your account and found an active subscription of PDF Pack.
Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription.
1- PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf
2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
