What can I do to cancel my PDF export subscription ?.

Je viens de passer 40 minutes sur le chat, sans que personnes me réponde. En français, comme en anglais. Je souhaite simplement annuler mon abonnement souscrit ce jour 2/02/2015 à PDF Export, mais il semble plus facile de se faire prendre de l'argent que de le rendre chez Adobe !

    Thanks a lot for your reaction. Nevertheless it's a pitty that the Adobe Customer service was so long to react, and it has to be escalated. I hope you can do that.
