What does Internal Server Error (500) mean? Shows all my sent files as gone, when a few minutes ago they were all there.

Is there currently a server issue?

Also when I go to sent files, it says none...when just a few minutes ago they were all there.

I will see if we had any kind of problem on our end, but in the meantime, can you try refreshing your page, or just sign out and back in and see if the files appear?

Thanks. Yeah I signed out and back in before I emailed just to see if that worked, but it didn't. I'll try restarting my whole computer next.

What happens if you go to the Files tab and search for the files you sent? Do they show up? Are your other files there?

Something else to try is to sign in with a different browser (IE, Safari, Firefox, Chrome).
