what form of Adobe do I currently have?

I've checked your account, but don't see that you have any Adobe products. So, my best guess is that you have the free Adobe Reader (which wouldn't show up in your account). Or, it could be that you have Adobe products registered to an email address other than the one you use to post in the forums.
