What happened to my files?

It's been ages since I've logged in.. Now that I do, all my files are gone.. What happened?

Is it possible that you used to have an older Acrobat.com (Workspaces) account, and are now logging in to the new Acrobat.com account?

Please try logging in to Sign in | Acrobat.com - Workspaces and see if your files are there. Note, however, that Workspaces is retiring soon, and you'll want to download your files if you find them there. Please see FAQ: Adobe Workspaces is being retired | Adobe Community for more information.

Please let us know if you're able to find your files.

Which Adobe service you are using? I can't find a subscription for you under the email address you use here in the forums.

Is this Adobe SendNow or something else?
