what happened to my subscription to convert pdf to word?

We tried to find your subscription with your current email address, but we only found it as a free user.

It seems that you did not complete your subscription process to our service(ExportPDF or PDF Pack service).

When the process is completed successfully you will receive 3 emails from Adobe.
