What is the difference between the free Acrobat.com account that I use and the workspaces acrobat free account that will no longer be available after Jan.6?

I am confused I don't know what the difference is, and I want to be sure that my files will not be deleted.  I use a free Acrobat.com account often, but I can not edit documents, etc.  It is just for storage, downloading, printing, stuff like that.  What is the difference?

Thank you!

    Hi christiequestions,

For starters, you will definitely want to download your files from Workspaces before that service is retired. But don't worry, you'll be receiving reminders until the transition is complete. You could even log on to Workspaces today and download your files--there is a big red button that you can use to download all your files at once. We've tried to make the download process a very easy one for you!

And you're correct about cloud.acrobat.com. That free account allows you to store and organize your files, and download them for printing, and so on. After you've downloaded files from your Workspaces account, you're welcome to upload them into the cloud.acrobat.com for safe storage.

    Best,

    Sara
