what is the maximum KB i can send with my Adobe PDF Pack?

As per the description above, you want to know the limit to the size of the file you can send using Adobe PDFPack, Is that correct?

With the exception of Adobe Send, the Document  Cloud services allow you to upload and convert files that are up to 100 MB. For more information, you may refer to Document Cloud Help | File size limitations
