I am subscribed to your monthly service and I don't seem to be able toi access my account. I neec toi convert a file and this is important. What's wrong with your service that it has turned into a nghtmare?

    Are you trying to sign in to our service from Adobe Reader or from https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html?

    If you are trying from Reader please try to login to the web site with your Adobe ID and password.
