What to do when Acrobat Pro can't send pdf to BPs for review?

I am trying to send a PDF to business partners for review and I keep getting the error message :

    Hi lnbrockman,

    What mail client do you have set up as the default in Acrobat? Choose Acrobat > Preferences (Mac OS) or Edit > Preferences (Windows) and then click the Email Accounts category. Make sure that you have the right mail client selected there.

    If that doesn't work, please let us know, and tell us what OS you're using, and what mail client is set as the default in Acrobat.
