With the annual membership that you have purchased, you can easily access the features of Adobe 'ExportPDF' online service.

All you need is to sign up at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID credentials.

After that, you can upload PDF files and convert them to word with ease.

Now, if you are unable to do so, then please let me know what exactly happens when you try the same?
