When can I expect to receive my refund I requested on June 16, 2015?
I spoke to Dhanooj on June 16, 2015 via Chat. I had just purchased the Adobe PDF, Export application. After I converted one PDF document to a Word document, I found the quality of conversion to be very poor. I immediately contacted a support person, via the Chat feature, and explained the situation. I requested the product to be cancelled and a refund for the amount I paid, which was $23.88. I was told by Dhanooj it was being escalated to the Relevant Team for the cancellation and refund. I was told I would receive an email within 2 - 3 days notating the cancellation and the refund. I attached a copy of the Chat below.
Today is July 1, 2015. I have not received anything regarding the cancellation and refund. I submitted my request for cancellation and refund on Day 1 of the first 30 days. Now, when I try to inquire via Chat, I keep getting a message that states the Chat is Closed. I am very curious how a Chat can be closed when you state on the Chat feature, it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I have to agree with the many complaints I found online. Adobe's Customer Service is extremely poor. This is not the way a company should conduct business.
I would like a refund in the amount of $23.88 immediately. If I do not receive my refund, I will dispute the charges with my credit union. The proof of the Chat Transcript below is all they will need.
