To be honest this doesn't sound like a problem with your paid product (ExportPDF). It may not even be a problem with Reader (which is free, so there is no phone support). Why will you not answer questions from us? That's how we help people, if they want to be helped.

Yes you still haven’t answered our questions. We need a lot of detail from you, because we can’t see into your computer.

Perhaps you should have a tech contact us or provide an "800" telephone number where we can contact you--Thank you

    Hi William,

As TestScreenName said, that we need more information from to understand the issue clearly. Because just referring to "blue icon" is not making clear which app you are referring to?

Can you share the screenshot of the icon you see in your email? How to attach screenshot , for that you may refer-Forum FAQs

Also, you are a subscriber of Export pdf service and the support option for "Document Cloud Services" (Export PDF) is only Adobe Forum. This is the reason we did direct you to contact the support via phone/chat.

    Regards,

    Akanchha

    Hi Williami,

I believe you are using webmail and referring to the Acrobat icon available in the ribbon? If not, then what is the email and Adobe app you working on?

Or you are using the email option in the Adobe Acrobat application?

You can refer to the related help document Attach to email option is not working | Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader DC and follow the troubleshooting steps suggested.

Let us know if this is not what you were referring to.

    Regards,

    Akanchha
