when downloading and converting PDF to Word I get your request requires authorization enter user name and password 401 Unauthorized. Is my username and Password the same ones I use for sign in

    Hi rockfishhunter,

    What happens when you try to log in https://cloud.acrobat.com directly with your Adobe ID and password? Do you still get the 401 error?
