We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to export a PDF file as convert option is not shown, Is that correct?
The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service with the current Adobe ID, through this you can turn PDF files into editable Word, Excel, and RTF (rich text format) documents. Access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.
You can also use the freeware Adobe Reader DC to access the service of Adobe ExportPDF, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC, to download, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
If you already have the freeware Adobe Reader DC installed and facing this issue, please sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader DC using your current Adobe ID and password, and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, reboot the machine and try exporting the PDF file.
