When I download a file to my Droid Ultra phone whether doc or PDF they are always unsuccessful? I can not find any supportsupport information on this? Please help or advise.

My first time writing on thus forum.

I just purchased and am trying to use use Acrobat.com. I have successfully created PDF and doc documents and now need to download them onto my Motorola Droid Ultra smart phone. Every time I try to download or redownload the transaction is unsuccessful. I have tried to search for information on; "How to download sussessfully but can't find any information?" How do I do this? Never had unsussessful downloads before?

Please advise.
