When I go to save changes to my PDF, the Save Box is coming up empty. So I can't save and then close my files!

When I go to save my PDF, the Save As box comes up empty, so I can't save and then close my files!  Help!!

    Hello Janicep,

    We apologize for the inconvinience caused, as per the description above, you are getting a blank box while saving the PDF file, Is that correct?

    Please navigate to preferences of Acrobat/Reader from Edit>Preferences>General and uncheck(deselect) these two following options:

    •    Show online storage when opening files.
    •    Show online storage when saving files.

    If the issue persists, please share the following details:

    •     Is it Acrobat or Reader installed,  check from Help>About Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
    •     Is it a Mac or Windows machine?
