When I looked at my converted file, which should have appeared in Word, it was gibberish. What happened?

Could someone tell me why my PDF didn't convert correctly into Word?

It is possible the issue is happening as the original file is corrupted.

Please confirm if it happens with all the PDF or a particular one and how was the the PDF originally created.
