I would like to purchase Adobe ExportPDF to use within Adobe Reader DC at my business however I'm unsure if one account would cover all of my users. How many users are covered for one account when you purchase it? Is it anyone that is signed into the account that is allowed to use the service from Adobe Reader DC?

The Adobe Export PDF is meant for a person and cannot be used by all the users in a department . User who bought the licence(subscription) can use this service anywhere in the world on any computer which has internet.
User just require your credentials to login (login ID and password).
Yes, the user would need to login into Acrobat Reader with the credentials of the user who has subscribed for that service in order to access Export PDF service .
