Question

When I sign in to my Adobe PDF Services, it tells me there was an error while signing in. I am not able to convert any documents due to the fact it gives me the same error.

    It seems you are trying to signin to our service from Adobe Reader.

    Please use our online service at https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password.

    Please Let me know if you still have any issues to log in.

    Can you tell me why I can't use the side bar to convert my documents?

    Please close your Reader then relaunch Reader.

    Then sign in from right top corner and try to export your PDF file.

    Please let me know if this does not work.
