Correct answer AnandSri

Hello Frankn,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to convert a PDF file as it's directing you to repurchase the Adobe PDFPack subscription, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack services on your current Adobe ID, please use the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and getting the subscribe page while converting a PDF, please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader, and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates. Reboot the machine and try exporting the PDF.

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

When I try to Edit a pdf the system wants me to purchase another subscription.  When I try and X thru it, it kicks me out of the PDF I want to work on?

Hi @larry_3378,

Thanks for the response.

I checked your account and saw an active subscription for Acrobat PDF Export Pack.

From the description, it seems like you are using the Acrobat Pro DC application to perform the workflow.

If yes, please remove the application by running the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4f2h4Qn), and install Acrobat Reader from here: https://adobe.ly/4lbFdpF

Once done, sign in to the application and check if you are able to use the features now.

Also, you might want to check the Online Portal: https://adobe.ly/4lizbDQ to see if you are able to use the tools there.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Souvik.
