When I try to convert a file from pdf to Microsoft Word I get an error message. Why

I get the following message:  "An error occurred while trying to access the service"  My subscription is current and I have signed in properly.  Why is there a problem?

    Hi M & B P,

    Please give the following a try:

    • If you're converting via the ExportPDF website, log out, clear the cache, and then log back in.
    • If you're converting from within Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you have the most current version.

    Please let us know how it goes. If you're still having problems, please let us know how you're converting, what browser you're using, and whether you're on Mac OS and Windows. We'll do some deeper digging if need be.

    I'm converting within Reader (or trying to). I've checked for updates and there are none. I'm using Firefox (same one I've used for quite some time). I am using Windows.

    Most irritating.
