When I try to convert file to PDF the subscribe screen comes up. I already have an account.

When I try to convert a file to PDF i am sent to the Subscribe Screen. I have an account but I can't get past this page.

    Same here. I've restarted Adobe Acrobat, and the computer has since been shut clear down and rebooted. But when I try to export a .PDF file, I am taken to the sales page. Every time.
