When I try to convert my PDF that was emailed to me to a word document, word cannot open it

Sorry to hear about your experience about customer service. As you are a subscriber of Export PDF subscription and its a part of Document Cloud PDF services. The support for Document Cloud PDF services is only available on forms, that is the reason you have not been redirected to the call/chat support.

• As mentioned above, that you when you are unable to open the word file does it gives any error message or just not open it?
• How exactly you are converting the pdf to word? Do you download it first and then convert through Adobe Reader DC or directly through email? Because if
• Try downloading the pdf file first, then open it in either in desktop application Adobe Reader DC then follow the instructions given in help document Using Adobe Export PDF and try converting the document.
• Or go through https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and you can try the conversion online.
• For any further troubleshooting you may see- Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
