When I try to export and convert to word file, I keep getting sent to the subscription page.

I am logged into my account but every time I try to convert the pdf to word, I get sent back to the subscription splash page. My subscription renewed in August, so is current. Please someone help me!

Hi Erinp,

We have checked your account, and found that you have the Adobe PDF Pack registered to your account.

Adobe PDF Pack subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.

When I wish to convert a PDF to MS Word, I am taken to the Subscription site even though I have paid my Subscription fee three days ago.

Hi Dr. Dirk,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

Please try to export pdf online on the Acrobat Online account. Use the following link https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and sign in using your Adobe ID. 

Then go to the Convert tab and select Convert to Word.

 

Also, ensure that you use the Acrobat Pro DC desktop application and sign in to it.

If the issue persists, share the screenshot of the page you receive.
