Question

When I try to print to pdf, document is spooled but never prints to file. Do I need to reload Acrobat X1?

If I click on the dialogue box that indicates the document is printing, it doesn't respond and I end up having to close it and never get the document printed to pdf.

    What is your operating system?  What is your Acrobat XI version?

    I managed to figure out the problem.  It happened to be a setting in Firefox that wasn't pointing to using Acrobat X1 for pdf printing.  Works now.  Thanks for responding.
