Question

When I try to sign in, I get message (404) that says there is no file. I just purchased Export PDF and can't open and use it.

Not able to use the program I just purchased.  Any ideas?

Hi Ronald,

I've checked your account; the ExportPDF subscription that you purchased yesterday is pending order processing. It can take 24-48 hours for an order to process fully.

Once your order finishes processing, you should be able to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password and convert PDF files to Word or Excel.

Please let us know if you're still having trouble logging in later on today or tomorrow, and we will take it from there.

Thank you Sara.  I tried this a few weeks ago, and nothing happened, but that may have been my error because I might have used a credit card that was the victim of a fraud.  Bank of America replaced that card, but just to be safe I used a Capitol One card this time, so that problem should be solved.  Very frustrating when you depend on something that doesn’t work.  Thank you for your help.  I will check with my source for the document I am trying to convert to a word file, and move forward with that, but I definitely want the PDF converter to work, as I live on PDF files in my business.
