I am very frustrated. I use fillable pdf forms in my business. When I upgraded my MacBook Pro, it came with the latest Adobe Reader. NOW...when I send a fillable form to my clients, the data is BLANK. And I can no longer save as a PDF without buying one of your packs. I just bought a pack and it still is NOT working. I want to cancel my purchase, too. This is VERY FRUSTRATING. To say the least. Please advise!

Hi Sherit,

Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and delay in response to your query.

We see that you have got your current subscription canceled now. What could have been causing problem in this scenario is might be-

If you have used the trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC in past, which you need to uninstall it first to use the Export PDF service. As it works with the free application Adobe Reader DC only not the Acrobat DC.

We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF.

Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription.

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF

You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know if it still doesn't work.
