Hello Meagans,

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, when you upload a PDF file to Adobe document Cloud, they are getting encrypted, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack services with the current Adobe ID, Is all the PDF files are getting encrypted or any specific PDF file when uploading to Adobe Document Cloud.

Try uploading the PDF files through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

Is it possible to share a screenshot of the error/issue you get? To share the screenshot, refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Is it possible to share a sample PDF with us? To share the file, please use Adobe Send feature, upload the file, share the link to files via private message only, How Do I Send Private Message

For troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
