When I want to combine files I get 'Conversion Error', 'The file has not been processed. An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF.'

Does the error occur regardless of which files you're trying to combine? Let's try the following for starters:

• Clear the browser cache and try again.
• Use a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported web browsers)
• If you're combining a large set of files, split those files into batches and see if you can combine fewer files without error

Let us know how it goes. If need be, we'll dig a little deeper.
