when I want to convert a PDF into a DOCX, DOC... it doesn't work (Whereas I submited for this.)

For three weeks now, when I want to convert a PDF into a DOCX, DOC... it doesn't work (Whereas I submited for this.). I can not logon in the "converter", but I can on the website. It is written "Reader is not capable of reaching this service".  What can I do?

Hi camila-nancy,

It sounds like you may be using an older version of Adobe Reader. Currently, only Acrobat Reader DC supports the online sevices, such as ExportPDF. You can download the updated Reader from https://get.adobe.com/reader.
