When i will get my refund ??

I have already cancelled the subscription on Feb 4, 2025 and your customer support told me that i will get my refund within 5-10 working days but it 8th March 2025  it is more then 1 month now i have not received my refund in my bank account. I'm also trying to get connect with the customer care but i'm unable to connect. I want my refund.

Sorry to say I'm not getting any help for support team..... chat support team told me the refund is already processed on Feb 24, 2025 and also i have the credit invoice of the refund i have attach the file and now you are telling me found that the refund could not be initiated. I dont know what is going on can you please check again or i have to drop a mail and also i will drop a bad reviews in the app store.
