when preparing a pdf document into a fillable form, how to make all fields the same font size and same alignment

I'm taking a PDF form and the program correctly identifies the fields.  I'd like to sent all of the fillable fields to 10 pt (rather than various) and have all of them centered (rather than left).  I'm looking for a way to do this for the entire form rather than each field individually.  I've tried doing one field's properties and then setting that as the default.  Didn't work.  Also tried selecting all fields but it wouldn't let me adjust font size.  Or alignment.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
