When sending a signed document via my associated email, when the email draft is generated by adobe, once opened it states draft does not exist.

I'm trying to send a signed document through my linked gmail account. When i click the send and track link, a draft is generated. However when it automatically opens my gmail account, gmail screen states the conversation does not exist. How do i get the document from the adobe document cloud to actually link to an email?

Hey vincenta47920241,

Open Reader DC, navigate to Edit menu -. Preferences -> Email Accounts categories, now delete your Gmail account & add it again.

Replicate the issue, let me know if it works.

Try using Send & Track service through Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Acrobat Reader DC Learn & Support.
