When sending files, is there a way for the system to identify the email address if you previously sent files to the same person(s) before instead of retyping the name again and again???

Adobe Send online service works in a bit different manner.

But, if you are using Adobe Reader, then you can access your local contacts list (clicking Address book link) while sending your files as that might simplify the process somewhat.
