    Hi Michelle,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the delay in response.

We have checked your account and see that you have a Photogrpahy plan. However, to convert the PDF to word, you will require any one of the following plans:

    Acrobat Pro DC: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/faq.html

    Acrobat PDF Pack: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/faq/adobe-pdfpack-faq.html

    Acrobat Export PDF: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/faq/adobe-exportpdf-faq.html

As you were able to convert the PDF before, it seems that you had used the one-time free trial on the Adobe Acrobat Online account.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi

    Hello Jenniferv,

We're sorry for the trouble you had while converting a PDF to Word file. The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service with your current Adobe ID(email address), try exporting the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

You can also use the freeware Adobe Reader desktop app to access the service, just sign-in with your Adobe ID and password. If you are using Acrobat Pro to access the service, you may get the pricing page as the license of Acrobat Pro DC on your Adobe ID is canceled and inactive.

In Adobe Reader, please sign out and reboot the machine, then sign back in and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader.

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know how it goes and share your observation.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.

    Hi Adobe

I am having the same issues as Jennifer. But I have been converting pdf to word all the time, and suddenly I get referred to the pricing page.

Please help... I already log on through Chrome.
