When workspaces is discontinued...

When workspaces is discontinued, and we go to an internal or web server for shared reviews or Sharepoint, will all of the features still work...ie commenting, tracking, replying, etc? Will others still be able to comment at the same time and publish their comments? Is the only difference that Adobe/Acrobat will no longer be hosting it because it will be internal? I just want to make sure we would still have the commenting/tracking/sharing capabilities with our files.
