Simply open/preview the file. Over on the right under Viewed By, you should see all of the email addresses to which you sent the file.

Thanks Bob

The problem I have is I ahve sent the report to numerous people and no-one has downloaded it. In this instance how doI check the email addresses the document has been sent to when  it says xx@xx  +2?

How doI check the + 2?

Many thanks

Carrie

Did you preview the file?  All of the addresses should appear over on the right, under Viewed By.
This screenshot only shows one address, but if the file had been sent to others, their addresses should show up there, as well. If they haven't viewed it, there will be a 0 next to their address.

One point I missed -- you see this by previewing the file from your Sent Files list.
