where are my PDF files?

All my PDF files I had on my computer as documents are now black... I subscribed to this program to edit the PDF file. Now I don't have my files.

Sorry to hear about the trouble.

As said, that the pdf documents became black. So is it the document icon became black or the content of the document became black?

The files are stored locally on your system. Can you please check if the other files are opening too? Please share the exact workflow.

It would be more clear to understand, if you share the screenshot of the files icon which are saved to your system.
