Where can I contact a customer service rep to solve my problems?

I have a problem with a subscription that I cancelled two months ago. I have sent emails and called and have still not received my refund. I am trying to online chat with customer service who is supposed to be available 24/7 and nothing happens. This place has the WORST customer service that I have ever seen.

Customer Service,

I have 6 charges on  04/15/21 in one day from Adobe Acropro Subs for 15.66 and 1 charge on 04/12/21 for 15.66.  I have left messages but no return.  These charges are false and I would like a refund.  I am going to call my bank.

You should contact Adobe directly for help with this issue:
General help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
Chat support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Phone support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...
