adobe pdf pack. how can i get adobe reader free on computer?

Ok, there is no serial number for PDF Pack, and nothing should ask you for one. I wonder if you are trying to install Adobe Acrobat instead?

If you want to install Adobe Reader you can go to http://get.adobe.com/reader . You will be offered extra free stuff, take care to turn this option off.

If that doesn't work please give us detailed error messages.

Adobe Reader has no serial number. Nor do any of Adobe's subscription services. One time purchases often do. So...what did you buy/pay for?
