Where can I get the adobe pro download for my new computer?

As per your account information you are a subscriber to the Adobe Export PDF service.

As Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/ or can download the desktop application Adobe Reader DC and use it through that. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to "Sign In" using your Adobe ID and password.

Let us know if there is any trouble in activation.

This is the problem with Acrobat Reader DC

I get the message of a Windows Application Error; 0xc0000022

I have gone to the forums and nothing seems to fix the error message
