Are you freaking KIDDING me?!  I have to buy this service and now have to ask a 'community' to answer my simple question?!  Oh goodness.  This is crazy!

    Hi maryelizabethtracy,

I see that you just ordered an Acrobat Standard subscription. There's no serial number required. When your order has finished processing (I see it's still pending), you will just need to log in using your Adobe ID and password.

Please let us know if you're still unable to access Acrobat.

    Best,

Thank you Sarah. Now I am trying to print something and it keeps taking me back to the acrobat pro trial has expired now box. This is so frustrating. Can you please tell me how to print something that is an Adobe file?

Wishing you health, happiness and prosperity!

    Hi Mary,

Until your subscription is active, you can use the free Adobe Reader to view and print PDF files.  You can get Reader from here: http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html.

As soon as your order processes and you're able to download and install Acrobat Standard, you can use that to open and print your files. But Reader will get you going right away, if you're in a hurry to print that document!

    Best,

    Sara
