Hi James Bennington,

There is no need to install anything.

You can simply sign in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf" using your Adobe ID credentials and try creating PDF or combing different files to a single PDF.

Could you please let me know what exactly you have purchased,

If you have purchased subscription for Document Cloud PDF services, then try signing in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID credentials.
