Where do I find the printer dialog box to change the setting that asks me to save a file before printing

    Hi claskos,

    What application are you using? If you just need to save the file, I don't think you need to do that through a Print dialog box. Can you simply choose File > Save in whatever application you're using, and then print the file?

    If that's not the case, please be a bit more specific about what you're trying to print, and from where. And please provide the entire message that you're receiving. We will do what we can to help.

    Hi Sara,

    The problem is every time I try to copy a page from a website or attachment sent to me or anything that I don't create, the dialog box says I have to save it before I can print -- there are no other options on the dialog box. Very frustrating -- one of the girls in my office is having the same problem and we can't find a way around it.

    Hi Carol,

    I would love to see a screenshot of what you're seeing. Can you send one? If you do, use the camera icon on the toolbar to add it to your post--the forums don't accept file attachments.
