where do I put in my serial number

I'm trying to find where I put my serial number to have access to the upgrades for Adobe.  I need to be able to convert files but the trail does not allow it.  I have my serial number where we purchased it but I'm not sure where to add it.

    Hi NaTasha,

    Please specify whether you are using Adobe Acrobat upgrade to subscribed to Adobe online service.

    If you have purchased subscription for Acrobat.com, then you might need to sign up at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" with your Adobe ID and password.

    If you need to convert PDF to other file format, then access 'ExportPDF' option, else you can choose 'Create PDF' option to convert any other file format into PDF.
